The following standard fields can be sent from Greenhouse Onboarding to ADP Workforce Now for new hire sync:
All the previous data fields, plus the below
• Birthday
• Business landline
• Business mobile
• Eligibility class
• File number
• Team (or Business unit)
• Marital status
• Worker type
• Start date
• Work email
• Gender
• Government ID value
• Race
International fields are only supported from Greenhouse Onboarding to ADP Workforce Now.
